Digital Library — Overview

The DJI Digital Library brings the Institute's legal publications together into a single, searchable, bilingual (Arabic / English) catalogue. Users can discover, preview, and obtain legal content — laws, regulations, commentary, journals, studies, and books.

Beyond discovery, the library is an online store for publications, recorded courses, and videos, and a marketplace where authors can offer their works through the library under a revenue-sharing arrangement with DJI.

Who it's for

  • The public and legal professionals — searching for and reading legal material.
  • DJI administrators — curating the catalogue, setting prices, and featuring content.

What it offers

  • A complete catalogue of DJI legal publications, organised into three collections — Legislation, Publications & Research, and Journals — each with subcategories.
  • Smart search in Arabic and English that understands the meaning behind a query, not just exact words — while still handling precise lookups like titles, author names, law numbers, and ISBNs.
  • Rich publication pages with full details, cover images, previews, and view/download counts.
  • A store with a cart and checkout for paid items, and direct download for free ones.

The same catalogue powers the Legal Researcher, which answers legal questions with citations back to these publications.
