How it works
One app, three services
From the home screen, users reach the three main areas:
- Library — browse by collection and subject, search, open a publication, and read it in an in-app viewer (no need to leave the app), or download and share it.
- Researcher — ask legal questions and get sourced answers, with citations they can tap to open the underlying publication.
- E-services — fill in a short form to request a service; the request is recorded for DJI staff to act on.
Built on the shared platform
The app doesn't keep its own separate copy of anything — it shows the same catalogue and uses the same AI researcher as the web. That means new publications and improvements appear on mobile automatically, and the experience stays consistent across web and phone.
Sign-in
Browsing the library and using the researcher need no account. Sign-in is reserved for features that require it; until a user signs in, they're treated as a guest.
Bilingual
The app is fully bilingual — Arabic and English — and defaults to the language set on the user's phone, with right-to-left layout for Arabic. Users can switch language at any time.
