Training Platform — Overview

The Training Platform runs DJI's professional development, end to end:

• Programmes & sessions — define training programmes and schedule individual sessions (trainer, location or virtual, capacity), then run them.
• Enrolment & attendance — enrol trainees, manage waitlists, confirm attendance, and issue completion certificates.
• Competencies — a framework of skills and proficiency levels that training is built around.
• Assessments — tests tied to competencies, with scores, time limits, and attempt rules.
• Learning paths — personalised journeys that guide each person through the right content to close their skill gaps, with progress tracking.
• Evaluations — feedback from trainees and trainers after each session.

Who it's for

DJI staff, trainers, and trainees, with administrators managing programmes and content.

Producing the training content itself — slides, narration, and video — is a separate capability, the Training Material Generation app.
