How it works
From competencies to learning
The platform is built around a competency framework — the skills DJI cares about, each with proficiency levels. Everything else connects to it:
- Training programmes are linked to the competencies they build.
- Assessments measure where someone stands on a competency.
- Learning paths use the gap between a person's current and target levels to recommend the right programmes and content, in the right order.
A typical flow
- A trainee is assessed (or self-assesses) against the competencies for their role.
- The platform builds (or an administrator assigns) a learning path to close the gaps.
- The trainee enrols in the scheduled sessions on that path.
- Attendance is confirmed and, on completion, a certificate is issued.
- A short evaluation captures feedback for both the trainee and the trainer.
- Progress is tracked over time, and re-assessment updates the picture.
One connected picture
Because training, competencies, and content live together, the platform can show a joined-up view — who has which skills, what training they've done, and where the gaps are — which also feeds DJI's analytics and reporting.
